A legally binding contract establishing a one-way confidential relationship between a private hire operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a private hire driver, who is an individual person, licensed in London. The private hire driver signing this agreement agrees that the sensitive information they may obtain, in the provision of private hire services, from the private hire operator will not be made available to any others.
