A legally binding contract establishing a one-way confidential relationship between an operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a private hire car driver, who is an individual person, licensed in Scotland. The private hire car driver signing this agreement agrees that the sensitive information they may obtain, in the provision of private hire services, from the operator will not be made available to any others.
