Description
A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an intermediary transport facilitator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a private hire operator licensed in England and Wales. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing transportation requests, private hire bookings and the supply of transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
