Description
A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an intermediary transport facilitator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a private hire operator licensed in London. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing transportation requests, private hire bookings and the supply of transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
