A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an intermediary transport facilitator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and an operator licensed in Scotland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing transportation requests, bookings and the supply of private hire transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
