Description
A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an intermediary transport facilitator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a taxi operator licensed in Northern Ireland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing transportation requests, bookings and the supply of taxi services. It is drafted in accordance with the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
