A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between a private hire operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and another private hire operator licensed in London. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing the sub-contracting of private hire bookings and the supply of transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
