A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and another operator licensed in Northern Ireland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing the sub-contracting of taxi bookings and the supply of transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
