A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between a private hire operator licensed in London and another operator licensed in Northern Ireland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing the sub-contracting of private hire / taxi bookings and the supply of transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) Act 2008.
