A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between a private hire operator licensed in England and Wales and another licensed operator in Northern Ireland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing the sub-contracting of private hire / taxi bookings and the supply of transportation services. It is drafted in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 and Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
