Description
A legally binding contract establishing a one-way confidential relationship between a private hire operator and another private hire operator licensed in England and Wales. The private hire operator signing this agreement agrees that the sensitive information they may obtain, relating to the provision of private hire services, from the disclosing private hire operator will not be made available to any others. It is drafted in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
