A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between a private hire operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a private hire driver licensed in London. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing private hire bookings and the supply of transportation services. Provisions include the payment of fares on account (but does not cover cash payments). It is drafted in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
