Description
A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a private hire car driver licensed in Scotland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing private hire bookings and the supply of transportation services. Provisions do not cover the payment of fares in cash or on account. It is drafted in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
