Description
A legally binding contract establishing a supplier relationship between an operator, which is a company or similar corporate-body, and a taxi driver licensed in Northern Ireland. This agreement sets out, amongst others, the terms governing taxi bookings and the supply of transportation services. Provisions do not cover the payment of fares in cash or on account. It is drafted in accordance with the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
