Description
A legally binding contract establishing a relationship between a company, or similar corporate-body, and an individual. This agreement sets out terms governing the hire of a vehicle for use in the supply of licensed taxi services in Northern Ireland. It is drafted in accordance with the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 however, in advance of adoption, it is strongly recommended checks be made on the application of any Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation.
